WorldTicket by GO7 expands IATA BSP network to Armenia, completing its Caucasus coverage

WorldTicket by GO7, which gives travel agents access to 150+ airline partners through its W2 ticket stock, has today gone live in IATA’s Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) in Armenia.

This enables IATA-accredited travel agents in the country to sell, issue, and settle W2 tickets in Armenian dram through their existing BSP setup – with instant ticketing and no additional configuration.

The move follows recent BSP launches in Brazil and Uruguay, and forms part of WorldTicket by GO7’s commitment to simplifying global airline connectivity and making W2 ticketing available in local markets worldwide.

Peer Winter, Chief Distribution Officer at GO7, said: “Bringing W2 into BSP Armenia completes our network across the Caucasus region, alongside BSP Georgia and Azerbaijan, giving our partners greater access to a region that connects Europe and Asia. For airlines, Armenia represents an emerging market and a gateway to secondary and niche markets they often don’t serve directly.”

WorldTicket by GO7 allows agencies to sell flights from more than 150 airlines through their usual GDS workflow – with tickets issued using WorldTicket’s own ticketing code (W2). This means agents can combine flights from multiple airlines on a single ticket and handle reporting and remittance via BSP.

In Armenia, all ticket sales are processed with instant ticketing via W2-365. Agents can book W2 and W1-marketed flight content directly in their GDS, create single-ticket itineraries that connect with partner airlines, and settle in the local currency through standard BSP processes.

The company’s entry into Armenia closes a gap in its regional BSP network and marks another step in its mission to simplify ticketing, settlement, and global connectivity for IATA-accredited agents across the world.
